Get ready to kick your fitness into high gear at my exhilarating Bootcamp held on the Westmead Recreation ground in Whitstable!
Tuesday and Friday at 0930
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just dipping your toes into the world of exercise, the sessions are tailored to suit all levels of ability.
Picture this: the sun is shining, and you're gearing up for an action-packed workout on the field, or maybe even a gritty session on the basketball court if the weather decides to play tricks on us. From invigorating walks to heart-pumping boxing drills, this training covers it all – ensuring your joints are limber and your muscles are firing on all cylinders.
But wait, there's more! Each session is a dynamic fusion of strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and agility exercises, spiced up with heart-thumping High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) actions. And guess what? You don't need fancy equipment – just bring your determination, a water bottle, and a towel to wipe away the sweat.
Here's the best part: there's no need to fear getting shouted at or pressured here. I'm all about creating a supportive environment where you can thrive at your own pace.
Rain or shine, sessions soldier on !
Embrace the elements, embrace the mud (there isn't usually mud though).
And the cherry on top?
You can snag a sweet deal with the pricing – £75 gets you 10 sessions, and your 11th one is on the house.
You'll find ample parking space on Westmeads Road, Wheatley Road, or Diamond Road. And if nature calls, fear not – the nearest toilet facilities are just a brisk ten-minute stroll away on Tower Parade by the Harbour.
So, what are you waiting for? Lace up your trainers, join the tribe, and let's smash those fitness goals together!
From one of My participants
"Exercise groups and me have never quite got on and not being very fit always seemed rather daunting. But I was amazed at how at ease I felt – the group is as if friends have got together and yet we are all such different levels and abilities from those who discuss their triathlons and marathons to pregnant women and those of us who have never possessed any lycra sports gear. Mark manages us all with humour and ease. He made me feel that I could do it and more amazingly I kept going back! You find your level and whilst being gently encouraged to stretch yourself that little bit further. It’s all outdoors, so fresh air to boot."
